Cup-Lock Scaffolding System

It is a scaffolding system that may be used on heavy flooring surfaces and high structures as formwork and volume scaffolds due to its high durability and security values while it may also be used on façades easily and securely.

It is comprised of ø48,3 x 2,5 horizontal and ø48,3 x 3 mm vertical elements.

Connection elements used are bowl-cup and almond-shaped units.

The almond welded on both ends is passed on the lower bowl element which is fixed on studs and it is locked from above using the cup which is a moving element.

The lower bowl elements have standard intervals of 50 cm while there may be various other applications in various projects. Lower adjusting rods, “4-way” or “U-head” upper adjusting rods, resting fixtures and sheet steel walking platforms may be used as auxiliary elements.
